2) Service Description
SmartCargo provides cargo-oriented flight-search and planning interfaces. Data may come from third-party providers and may change, delay, or become unavailable.
3) No Operational Guarantee
Information presented by SmartCargo is for planning support only and does not replace airline-confirmed booking, tender, handling, cutoff, or compliance instructions. You use SmartCargo entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for operational decisions and outcomes.
4) User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the service, including automated abuse, scraping beyond allowed access, attempts to bypass security/rate limits, or unlawful use.
5) Data Accuracy and Availability
We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy. Schedules, routes, and station-hour details can change without notice and must be independently confirmed with the airline/station when operationally required.
6) Intellectual Property
SmartCargo branding, interface, and software components are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks and data remain property of their respective owners.
7) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartCargo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. By using the service, you assume all risk. SmartCargo and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or business-interruption damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, or operational losses, arising from or related to use of the service.
8) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SmartCargo harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
